That is the context of the verse in the Qur’an. The historical context is that this verse was revealed at the Battle of Badr, a battle in which the pagans of Makkah traveled over 200 miles to destroy the Muslims of Madinah. The Pagans of Makkah had an army of about 1000 while the Muslims were only 300 followers. The Prophet Muhammad ((peace be upon him)) and his followers had suffered severe persecutions and torture for 13 years in the city of Makkah. Having fled from Makkah to the safety of Madinah, they found that they were once again threatened. Abul ‘Ala Maududi describes the situation that led to the Battle of Badr, beginning with the Muslim activity in Madinah:

Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur’an. Who fulfilleth His covenant better than Allah? 1. Read it carefully. Nothing about KILLING NON-MUSLIMS and Mr. Paul can’t proof that ” fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain.” means killing all the non-Muslims. Fight in the way of Allah is fight to defend your religion from people who want Islam banish from the earth.
2. No mention about 72 virgins in this passage. 

There are pro and contra about 72 virgins. But much ever the number is, Paradise is a place for pleasure. Nothing Negative inside it, and nothing you can find all thing about paradise on this earth.

“One day in paradise is considered equal to a thousand years on earth. Palaces are made from bricks of gold, silver, pearls, among other things. Traditions also note the presence of horses and camels of “dazzling whiteness”, along with other creatures. So, there is nothing like Paradise on this earth.

Surah 8:12 is not about killing of all Non Muslims. This Surah merely against the Pagan Quraisy.

When thy Lord inspired the angels, (saying): I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger.

This verse and the verses before and after were revealed about the Battle of Badr, which occurred in Arabia in the early seventh century. A battle in which the pagans of Makkah traveled more than 200 miles to Madinah with an army of about 1000 to destroy Muslims. Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) and fellow Muslims had suffered severe persecutions and torture for 13 years in the city of Makkah. And now that they had fled Makkah and found a sanctuary in the city of Madinah, they were once again threatened. Muslim Army was only about 300 strong. God Almighty gave the order to Muslims to fight to defend their lives and faith. The enemy came to them with the intent to kill Muslims. It was a war to defend themselves and their Faith. It was a war imposed upon Muslims.

Nothing wrong by providing 4 witnesses when you accuse someone raping a woman. This is the definision of the witness:

A witness is someone who has, who claims to have, or is thought, by someone with authority to compel testimony, to have knowledge relevant to an event or other matter of interest. In law a witness is someone who, either voluntarily or under compulsion, provides testimonial evidence, either oral or written, of what he or she knows or claims to know about the matter before some official authorized to take such testimony.

So nothing wrong to provide the witnesses when someone trying to slander you. In Islam you have to have FOUR witnesses.

Surah 65 named At-Talaq. In English: THE DIVORCE . Just from the title of the surah, I refute the claims about RAPE and GIRLS. Surah 65 is about the GUIDANCE regarding the DIVORCE. Nothing about RAPE and nothing about DEVORCING PRE-PUBESCENT GIRLS.

It’s about IDDAH. What is Iddah?

In Islam, iddah or iddat (Arabic: العدة‎‎; period of waiting) is the period a woman must observe after the death of her spouse or after a divorce, during which she may not marry another man. Its purpose is to ensure that the male parent of any offspring produced after the cessation of a nikah (marriage) would be known.

This is the story how surah 65:4 exists.

 Ibn Abi Hatim recorded a simpler narration than this one from Ubay bin Ka`b who said, “O Allah’s Messenger! When the Ayah in Surat Al-Baqarah was revealed prescribing the `Iddah of divorce, some people in Al-Madinah said, `There are still some women whose `Iddah has not been mentioned in the Qur’an. There are the young, the old whose menstruation is discontinued, and the pregnant.’ Later on, this Ayah was revealed,

This is Surah 65:4: (SAHIH INTERNATIONAL)
And those who no longer expect menstruation (menopause) among your women – if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they give birth. And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him of his matter ease.

Allah the Exalted clarifies the waiting period of the woman in menopause. And that is the one whose menstruation has stopped due to her older age. Her `Iddah is three months instead of the three monthly cycles for those who menstruate, which is based upon the Ayah in (Surat) Al-Baqarah. ﴿see 2:228﴾ The same for the young, who have not reached the years of menstruation. Their `Iddah is three months like those in menopause.
