Answering Claims of Paul Ross No9. ” Thou shall Behead non-Muslims. Koran 8:12, 47:4″

A Non Muslim reader sent me a response regarding “REFUTING CLAIM SATAN INSPIRED PROPHET IN CAVE (not GABRIEL).” His name is Paul Ross.

His TITLE: The 20 Commandments of Muhammad, the founder of Islam.

There are 20 claims that he believes inspired by satan. All I can say that he doesn’t understand anything about Islam especially Al-Qur’an. Let’s discuss it one by one.

I SKIPPED CLAIM NO 2 (2. Thou shall have Sex Slaves and Work Slaves. Koran 4:3, 4:24, 5:89,33:50, 58:3, 70:30) since this kind of discussion demanding long explanation. I will discuss this for the last Insha Allah.

ANOTHER MISQUOTE FROM MR PAUL. This is another verse that is commonly quoted out of context, both historical context and the context of the verse itself in the Qur’an. Let us first examine the full verse:

Surah 8:12

SAHIH INTERNATIONAL
[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, “I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.”

Surah 8:13

SAHIH INTERNATIONAL
That is because they opposed Allah and His Messenger. And whoever opposes Allah and His Messenger – indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

That is the context of the verse in the Qur’an. The historical context is that this verse was revealed at the Battle of Badr, a battle in which the pagans of Makkah traveled over 200 miles to destroy the Muslims of Madinah. The Pagans of Makkah had an army of about 1000 while the Muslims were only 300 followers. The Prophet Muhammad ((peace be upon him)) and his followers had suffered severe persecutions and torture for 13 years in the city of Makkah. Having fled from Makkah to the safety of Madinah, they found that they were once again threatened. Dapat melihat dengan jelas dalam keadaan gelap.[25]
Wajah Muhammad memancarkan cahaya dikegelapan pada waktu sahur.[26]
Dua Sahabat Muhammad dibimbing oleh dua cahaya, setelah bertemunya.[27]
Peluh yang keluar dari tubuh Muhammad memiliki bau harum,[28] jika Muhammad berjabat tangan dengan seseorang maka aroma harum itu akan membekas selama beberapa hari ditangan orang tersebut.[29]
Tubuh Muhammad memancarkan petir ketika hendak dibunuh oleh Syaibah bin ‘Utsman pada Perang Hunain.
Muhammad yang sanggup menghancurkan batu besar dengan tiga kali pukulan, dikala menjelang Perang Khandaq, padahal pada saat itu Muhammad belum makan selama 3 hari.[30]
Muhammad sanggup merubuhkan seorang pegulat bertubuh tinggi dan kekar, Rukanah al-Mutthalibi bin Abdu Yazid hanya dengan dua kali dorongan saja.[31]
Sela-sela jemari tangannya memancarkan air,[32] kemudian air itu untuk berwudhu 300 orang sahabat hanya dengan semangkuk air.[33][34][35]

*Do’a *
Mendo’akan kedua mantan menantunya (Uthbah dan Uthaibah) dimakan binatang buas, setelah mereka berkata kasar kepada Muhammad.[36]
Mendoakan untuk menumbuhkan gigi salah seorang sahabatnya bernama Sabiqah yang rontok sewaktu perang.
Mendoakan Anas bin Malik dengan banyak harta dan anak.[37]
Mendoakan supaya Kerajaan Kisra hancur, kemudian doa tersebut dikabulkan.[38]
Mendoakan Ibnu Abbas menjadi orang yang faqih dalam agama Islam.[38]

*Kharisma dan kewibawaan*
Tatapan mata membuat Umar bin Al-Khaththab dan Abu Jahm lari terbirit-birit, ketika mereka berencana untuk membunuh Muhammad pada malam hari.[39]
Tatapan mata yang menggetarkan Ghaurats bin Harits, yaitu seorang musuh yang pernah menghunus pedang kearah leher Muhammad.[40]
Allah melumpuhkan Hay bin Akhtab dan para sahabatnya, ketika hendak melemparkan batu yang besar kepada Muhammad.[41]
Menjadikan tangan Abu Jahal kaku.
Jin yang bernama Muhayr bin Habbar membantu dakwah Muhammad, kemudian jin itu diganti namanya oleh Muhammad menjadi Abdullah bin Abhar.

*Menghilang, menidurkan dan mengalahkan musuh*
Menghilang saat akan dibunuh oleh utusan Amr bin at-Thufail dan Ibad bin Qays utusan dari Bani Amr pada tahun 9 Hijriah atau Tahun Utusan.[42]
Menghilang saat akan dilempari batu oleh Ummu Jamil, bibi Muhammad ketika ia duduk di sekitar Ka’bah dengan Abu Bakar.[43]
Menghilang saat akan dibunuh Abu Jahal dimana saat itu ia sedang salat.[44]
Menidurkan 10 pemuda Mekkah yang berencana membunuhnya dengan taburan pasir, kemudian ia berhasil melalui orang-orang yang menunggunya di pintu rumahnya untuk membunuhnya.
Melemparkan segenggam pasir ke arah musuh sehingga mereka dapat dikalahkan pada Perang Hunain[45] dan Perang Badar.[46]

*Fenomena Alam*
Menghentikan gempa yang terjadi di Mekkah[47] dan Madinah,[48] dengan cara menghentakkan kakinya dan memerintahkan bukit supaya tenang.
Menurunkan hujan[49] dan meredakan banjir saat musim kemarau tahun 6 Hijriah di Madinah yang saat itu mengalami musim kemarau.[50]
Berbicara dengan gunung untuk mengeluarkan air bagi Uqa’il bin Abi Thalib yang kehausan.
Menahan matahari tenggelam.[51]
Membelah bulan dua kali untuk membuktikan kenabiannya pada penduduk Mekkah.[52][53]
Bumi menelan seorang Quraisy yang hendak membunuh Muhammad dan Abu Bakar pada saat hijrah.

*Makanan dan minuman*
Paha kambing yang telah diracuni berbicara kepada Muhammad setelah terjadi Perang Khaibar.[54]
Makanan yang di makan oleh Muhammad mengagungkan Nama Allah.[55]
Makanan sedikit yang bisa dimakan sebanyak 800 orang pada Perang Khandaq.[56]
Roti sedikit cukup untuk orang banyak.[57]
Sepotong hati kambing cukup untuk 130 orang.[58]
Makanan yang dimakan tidak berkurang justru bertambah tiga kali lipat.[59]
Menjadikan beras merah sebanyak setengah kwintal yang diberikan kepada orang Badui Arab tetap utuh tidak berkurang selama berhari-hari.[60]
Ikan al-anbar menjadi hidangan bagi 300 pasukan Muhammad.[61]
Menjadikan minyak samin Ummu Malik tetap utuh tidak berkurang walau telah diberikan kepada Muhammad.[62]
Wadah yang selalu penuh dengan air, walau sudah dituangkan hingga habis.[63]
Mengeluarkan air dari sumur yang ada di tengah gurun pasir, ketika Khalid bin walid pada saat itu masih menjadi musuhnya.[64]
Mengeluarkan mata air baru untuk pamannya Abu Thalib yang sedang kehausan.[65]
Mengeluarkan air yang banyak dari bejana milik seorang wanita penunggang unta.[66]
Semangkuk susu yang bisa dibagi-bagikan kepada beberapa orang-orang Shuffah, Abu Hurayrah dan Muhammad.[67]
Susu dan kencing unta bisa menyembuhkan penyakit orang Urainah.[68]

*Bayi, hewan, tumbuhan dan benda mati*
Seorang bayi berumur satu hari bersaksi atas kerasulan Muhammad.[69]
Bayi berumur 2 tahun memberi salam kepada Muhammad.[70]
Persaksian seekor srigala[71] dan dhab (sejenis biawak pasir)[72][73] terhadap kerasulan Muhammad.
Seekor kijang berbicara kepada Muhammad.[74]
Berbicara dengan beberapa ekor unta.[75][76][77]
Unta besar yang melindungi Muhammad dari kejahatan Abu Jahal.[78]
Seekor burung mengadu kepada Muhammad tentang kehilangan anaknya.[79]
Seekor anjing yang membunuh salah satu petinggi kerajaan Mongol karena telah mencela Muhammad.[80]
Pohon kurma dapat berbuah dengan seketika.[81]
Batang pohon kurma meratap kepada Muhammad.[82][83][84]
Sebuah tandan kurma yang bercahaya diberikan kepada Qatadah bin Nu’man sebagai obor penerang jalannya pulang.[85]
Pohon menjadi saksi dan dibuat berbicara kepada Muhammad dan orang dusun (Arab Badui).[86][87]
Memerintahkan pohon untuk menjadi penghalang ketika Muhammad hendak buang hajat pada suatu perjalanan.[88]
Batang kayu yang kering menjadi hijau kembali ditangannya.
Permadani yang besaksi atas kerasulan Muhammad atas permintaan Malik bin as-Sayf.[89]
Mimbar menangis setelah mendengar bacaan ayat-ayat Allah.[90]
Batu,[91] pohon dan gunung[92] memberi salam kepada Muhammad.[93]
Batu kerikil bertasbih ditelapak tangan Muhammad.[94]
Memanggil batu agar menyeberangi sungai dan mengapung, menuju kearah Muhammad dan Ikrimah bin Abu Jahal.[95]
Berhala-berhala runtuh dengan hanya ditunjuk oleh Muhammad.[96]
Memberinya sebatang kayu yang berubah menjadi pedang kepada Ukasyah bin Mihsan, ketika pedangnya telah patah dalam sebuah pertempuran.
Berbicara dengan gilingan tepung Fatimah yang takut dijadikan batu-batu neraka.
mengubah emas hadiah raja Habib bin Malik menjadi pasir di Gunung Abi Qubaisy.
Memerintahkan gilingan tepung untuk berputar dengan sendirinya.[97]
Secara tiba-tiba ada sarang laba-laba, dua ekor burung yang sedang mengeramkan telur dan cabang-cabang pohon yang terkulai menutupi mulut gua di Gunung Thur, sewaktu Muhammad dan Abu Bakar bersembunyi dari kejaran orang Quraisy.[98]

*Menyembuhkan*
Menyembuhkan betis Ibnu al-Hakam yang terputus pada Perang Badar, kemudian Muhammad meniupnya, lalu sembuh seketika tanpa merasakan sakit sedikit pun.
Menyembuhkan mata Qatadah tergantung di pipinya yang terluka pada Perang Uhud, kemudian oleh Muhammad mata tersebut dimasukkan kembali dan menjadi lebih indah dari sebelumnya.[99][100]
Menyembuhkan daya ingat Abu Hurayrah yang pelupa.[101]
Menyembuhkan kaki Abdullah bin Atik yang patah sehingga pulih seperti sedia kala.[102]
Menyembuhkan luka sayatan di betis Salamah bin al-Akwa pada Perang Khaibar.[103]
Menyembuhkan penyakit mata Ali bin Abi Thalib saat pemilihan pembawa bendera pemimpin dalam Perang Khaibar.[104]
Menyembuhkan sakit kepala Ali bin Abi Thalib.[105]
Menyembuhkan luka gigitan ular yang diderita Abu Bakar dengan ludahnya saat bersembunyi di Gua Hira[106] (dalam kisah lain dikatakan Gua Tsur)[107] dari pengejaran penduduk Mekah.
Menyembuhkan luka bakar ditubuh anak kecil yang bernama Muhammad bin Hathib dengan ludahnya.[108]
Menyembuhkan luka bakar Amar bin Yasir yang telah dibakar oleh orang-orang kafir.[109]
Menyembuhkan anak yang bisu sejak lahir, sehingga bisa berbicara.[110][111]
Menyembuhkan mata ayah Fudayk yang putih semua dan buta.[112]
Air seni Muhammad pernah terminum oleh pembantunya yang bernama Ummu Aiman, sehingga menyembuhkan sakit perut pembantunya.[113]
Mengembalikan penglihatan orang yang buta.[114]
Menyembuhkan penyakit lumpuh seorang anak.[115]
Mengobati penyakit gila seorang anak.[116]
Menyembuhkan tangan wanita yang lumpuh dengan tongkatnya.
Menyembuhkan penyakit kusta istri Mu’adz bin Afra’ dengan tongkatnya.[117]
Menyembuhkan penyakit kusta Sa’id bin Abyadh bin Jamal dibagian wajahnya.[118]
Menyambung tangan orang Badui yang putus setelah dipotong oleh dirinya sendiri sehabis menampar Muhammad.
Menyembuhkan putri raja yg cacat tanpa tangan & kaki.
Mengeluarkan susu dan menyembuhkan penyakit pada domba milik Ummu Ma’bad.[119][120]
Mengusapkan wajah Qatadah bin Milhan yang telah berusia lanjut, sehingga wajahnya tetap terlihat muda dan cerah.[121]
Menyembuhkan sakit perut Ubaidah bin Rifa’ah.[122]

*Menghidupkan orang mati*
Menghidupkan anak perempuan yang telah mati lama dikuburannya.[123]

*Hal ghaib dan ru’yah*
Mendapatkan bantuan dari Malaikat Jundallah ketika dalam Perang Badar.[124]
Mengetahui kejadian yang tidak dilihat olehnya.[125]
Mengetahui apa yang telah terjadi, sedang terjadi, yang akan terjadi.
Sanggup melihat dibalik punggungnya seperti melihat dari depan.[126][127]
Melihat dan mendengar apa yang ada dilangit dan bumi.[128]
Mengetahui isi hati sahabat dan lawannya.
Mengetahui yang terjadi di dalam kubur.[129]
Mengetahui ada seorang Yahudi yang sedang disiksa dalam kuburnya.[130]
Meramalkan seorang istrinya ada yang akan menunggangi unta merah, dan disekitarnya ada banyak anjing yang menggonggong dan orang tewas. Hal itu terbukti pada Aisyah pada saat Perang Jamal di wilayah Hawwab yang mengalami kejadian yang diramalkan Muhammad.[131]
Meramalkan istrinya yang paling rajin bersedekah akan meninggal tidak lama setelahnya dan terbukti dengan meninggalnya Zainab yang dikenal rajin bersedekah tidak lama setelah kematian Muhammad.[132]
Meramalkan Abdullah bin Abbas akan menjadi “bapak para khalifah” yang terbukti pada keturunah Abdullah bin Abbas yang menjadi raja-raja kekhalifahan Abbasiyah selama 500 tahun.[131]
Meramalkan umatnya akan terpecah belah menjadi 73 golongan.[133]
Mengetahui nasib cucu-cucunya dikemudian hari, seperti nasib Hasan yang akan bermusuhan dengan Mu’awiyyah bin Abu Sufyan beserta keturunannya. Nasib Husain yang akan dibantai tentara Yazid, anak lelaki Mu’awiyyah disebuah Padang Karbala.[134]
Mengetahui akan adanya Piagam Pemboikotan oleh tokoh-tokoh Quraisy.
Jarak pandang tembus hingga melihat Masjid al-Aqsha dari jarak kejauhan.[135]

*Mukjizat terbesar*
Isra dari Masjidil Haram ke Masjidil Aqsa, lalu Mi’raj dari Baitul Maqdis ke Sidratul Muntaha, untuk menerima perintah salat dalam waktu tidak sampai satu malam.
Menerima firman Tuhan melalui wahyu yang kemudian dijadikan satu bundel dengan nama Al-Qur’an

Kalau anda memabaca biografi2 Nabi Muhammad, anda akan menemukan mukjizat2 yang diceritakan diatas. Selebihnya dapat ditemukan didalam Hadis2.


Buku ini bernama ” 300 Mukjizat Muhammad Saw”memuat 300 MUKJIZAT Nabi Muhammad SAW berdasarkan hadith-hadith yang terpercaya.

Mari kita berfikir. PATUTKAH SEORANG KIYAI DAN GURU BESAR AL-QUR’AN TIDAK TAHU SAMA SEKALI TENTANG MUKJIZAT NABI MUHAMMAD SAW?

==========================================================================Hadits dalam Bab ”Menyusui Orang Dewasa” memerintahkan isteri untuk menyusui pria-pria yang bukan suaminya. Saifuddin berkata, ”Adil Imam dari Mesir masuk Kristen karena perintah Muhammad tersebut.” Lebih lanjut  ia menulis fatwa ini berlaku di abad 21: ”Arab Saudi, Mesir, Maroko telah memfatwakan mewajibakan seorang ibu rumah tangga untuk menyusui para pria pembantu: tukang masak, kebun, sopir menaruh mereka sederat dengan suaminya.” [4]

Fitnah yang disebarkan para missionaris Kristen tentang “Menyusui orang dewasa” telah disebar luaskan untuk memperlemah iman para Muslim. Masalah ini adalah satu dari beberapa senjata yang mereka ajukan untuk selain membuktikan bahwa Nabi Muhammad SAW adalah nabi palsu, juga Islam adalah agama yang menggelikan.

Hal lain yang mengganjal  dari seorang mantan kiyai apa lagi GURU BESAR AL_QUR’AN, tidak menyebutkan hadith secara terang dengan perawi hadith dan buku dimana hal yang bersangkutan ditemukan. Setidaknya dia menggali dan membuat perbandingan dari beberapa hadith yang bersangkutan lalu berkomunikasi dengan para ustadz, ulama atau Muslim Scholars lainnya.

HADITH MENYUSUI INI BEKENAAN TENTANG “MAHRAM”.

Apa itu MAHRAM:

Mahram (Arab: محرم) adalah semua orang yang haram untuk dinikahi selamanya karena sebab keturunan, persusuan dan pernikahan dalam syariat Islam.[1] Muslim Asia Tenggara sering salah dalam menggunakan istilah mahram ini dengan kata muhrim, sebenarnya kata muhrim memiliki arti yang lain. Dalam bahasa arab, kata muhrim (muhrimun) artinya orang yang berihram dalam ibadah haji sebelum bertahallul. Sedangkan kata mahram (mahramun) artinya orang-orang yang merupakan lawan jenis kita, namun haram (tidak boleh) kita nikahi sementara atau selamanya. Namun kita boleh bepergian dengannya, boleh berboncengan dengannya, boleh melihat wajahnya, boleh berjabat tangan, dan seterusnya.

PENJELASAN 1 : MENJAWAB FITNAH “HADIST TENTANG MENYUSUI ORANG DEWASA?”

Tudingan bahwa Nabi pernah menyuruh Sahlah binti Suhaili, istri Hudzaifah, yakni Salim, padahal ia sudah dewasa merupakan ajaran yg tercela. Dan Aisyah juga berpendapat bahwa hal ini bersifat umum (seperti yg disebutkan dalam Kitab Sunan Abu Dawud). Buktinya ia selalu menyuruh kemenakan-kemenaka perempuannya untuk menyusui siapapun yg yg ingin bertemu dengannya, apabila orang itu sudah dewasa maka harus disusui sebanyak lima kali.

kisahnya adalah sebagai berikut, Abu Hudzaifah pernah memiliki hamba sahaya yang bernama Salim, lalu Abu Hudzaifah memberi kehormatan kepada Salim dengan menjadikannya sebagai anak angkat. Kemudian setelah Salim tumbuh menjadi orang dewasa, ia mengalami kesulitan berinteraksi kepada dengan Sahlah, karena Salim bukanlah mahram Sahlah, mereka tidak bebas bertemu walaupun satu atap (Sahlah harus selalu mengenakan jilbabnyaI, dan Abu Hudzaifah (suami Sahla) pun merasa kurang senang dengan keadaan tersebut. Akhirnya Sahlah menghadap Nabi, dan meminta petunjuk dari beliau, lalu Nabi berkata:”Susuilah ia, maka kamu akan menjadi mahramnya.

Tentang pendapat Aisyah, bahwa hal itu bersifat umum dengan bukti bahwa ia selalu menyuruh kemenakan-kemenaka perempuannya untuk menyusui siapapun yg yg ingin bertemu dengannya, apabila orang itu sudah dewasa maka harus disusui sebanyak lima kali, jumhur ulama berpendapat bahwa kisah Salim itu hanya dikhususkan bagi dirinya saja, tidak untuk orang lain, dan kisah tersebut tidak dapat dijadikan dalil untuk memperbolehkan penyusuan orang dewasa.

Al-Hafizh Ibnu Abdi Al-Barr menegaskan: Abu Malikah yang tidak menyampaikan hadist ini selama satu tahun memberi tanda bahwa hadist ini telah lama di tinggalkan dan tidak pernah di kerjakan lagi. Jumhur ulama memandang bahwa hadist ini tidak untuk secara umum, mereka menganggap hadist ini hanya dikhususkan bagi Salim saja.(Kitab Syarhu az-Zarqani ala Al-Muwathatha 3/292).

Setelah menyevbutkan hadist ini, Al-Hafizh ad-Dharimi juga mengatakan dalam kitab sunannya:”Hadist ini dikhususkan bagi Salim seorang.”

Pendapat yang sama juga disebutkan pada riwayat-riwayat lainnya. Salah satunya adalah riwayat yang disebutkan oleh Imam Muslim, dari Ummu Salamah, ia berkata:”Seluruh istri-istri nabi menolak untuk menggunakan hukum penyusuan bagi kaum pria yang ingin bertemu dengan mereka. Lalu mereka berkata kepada Aisyah: Demi Allah, kami hanya melihat hukum itu sebagai keringanan dari Nabi yang khusus diberikan kepada Salim. Karena itulah kami tidak ingin seorangpun bertemu dan melihat kami dengan menggunakan hukum itu.”

Dengan demikian maka yang dilakukan oleh Aisyah (jika memang atsar itu shahih) tidak lain adalah ijtihad (pendapatnya pribadi) saja, sedangkan yang dipahami dan dilakukan oleh para sahabat dan istri-istri Nabi lainnya bertolak belakang dengan Ijtihad tersebut.

Para ulama memandang bahwa makna yang nyata dari hukum keringanan penyusuan pada Salim adalah keringanan untuk dirinya seorang, tidak untuk orang lain. sedangkan makna dari riwayat Aisyah kemungkinan besar adalah: apabila Aisyah memiiki firasat baik pada seorang bayi dan ia ingin agar anak itu nanti dapat bebas bertemu dengannya setelah dewasa nanti, maka ia menyuruh kemenakan-kemenakan perempuannya untuk menyusui mereka selagi mereka masih bayi, sehingga setelah mereka dewasa nanti mereka dapat bebas bertemu dengan Aisyah (sebagai bibi dari ibu susu mereka).

Pasalnya pendapat inilah yang dipilih oleh sebagian besar para istri Nabi, sebagian besar para sahabat, dan jumhur ulama. Makna itulah yang dapat dipahami dari dalil yang nyata yang bersebelahan dengan makna hadist Sahlah binti Suhail. Kalau seandainya hukum menyusui itu mutlak untuk semua orang (tidak hanya untuk para bayi yang kurang dari 2 tahun), maka hukum itu tentu akan banyak diketahui dan diikuti oleh para sahabat dan ulama salaf, mereka juga meriwayatkan pendapat yg sama dari berbagai sanad.

Para musuh Islam memahami sabda Nabi “susuilah,” dengan pemahaman yang keliru. Mereka mengira bahwa penyusuan pasti dilakukan dengan menyentuh payudara, higga muncullah pemahaman seperti itu. Penjelasan terbaik untuk masalah ini diutarakan oleh Imam Nawawi dalam kitabnya Syarh Sahih Muslim (10/13):Al-Qadhi mengatakan:”Sepertinya Sahlah mengeluarkan air susunya terlebih dahulu, barulah setelah itu diminum oleh Salim, sehingga Salim tidak perlu menyentuh apapun dan kulit tubuh mereka tidak ada yang bersentuhan, karena tidak halal seorang laki-laki melihat organ susu seorang wanita yang bukan mahramnya atupun menyentuhnya.”

Abu Umar mengatakan: Metode menyusui seorang pria dewasa adalah dikeluarkan air susu ibunya terlebih dahulu, kemudian ia meminumnya dari tempat lain. Dan tidak satupun ulama yang memperbolehkan pria dewasa disusui secara langsung oleh ibu susuannya. Dan pendapat inilah yang diunggulkan oleh Al-Qadhi dan Imam An-Nawawi. (Kitab Syarhu Az-Zarqani 3/316). Dalam Kitab Tabaqat Al-Kubra, Ibnu Sa’ad menyebutkan sebuah riwayat, dari Muhammad bin Abdillah bin Az-Zuhri, dari ayahnya, ia berkata: (Ketika Sahlah ingin memberikan air susunya kepada Salim) Sahlah menuangkan air susunya pada sebuah wadah, lalu Salim meminum air susu tersebut dari tempatnya setiap hari. Setelah lima hari Salim meminum susu tersebut dari tempatnya setiap hari. Setelah lima hari Salim meminum susu itu maka ia diperbolehkan untuk bertemu Sahlah walaupun Sahlah tanpa menggunakan tutup kepala (jilbab), sebagai keringanan yang diberikan Nabi kepada Sahlah. (Kitab Thabaqat Al-Kubra 8/271 dan Kitab Al-Ishabah karya Ibnu Hajar 7/716).

Kemudian juga, hadist tentang Sahlah sama sekali tidak memuat kata-kata menyentuh atau secara langsung, oleh karenanya penuding tidak berhak untuk mnegatakan bahwa yang mereka lakukan saat itu adalah perbuatan dosa. Apakah jika kita meminum susu sapi atau susu kambing maka kita harus meminumnya secara langsung atau menyentuh sapi terlebih dahulu? Kemudian juga, salah satu alasan Sahlah mengadu kepada Nabi berkaitan dengan kecemburuan Abu Hudzaifah terhadap Salim yang masuk kedalam rumahnya, padahal Salim bukanlah mahram dari Sahlah. Hanya dengan masuknya Salim ke dalam rumahnya saja Abu Hudzaifah sudah cemburu, maka bagimana mungkin ia memperbolehkan Sahlah untuk menyusui Salim secara langsung?

Jangankan menyentuh seperti itu, hanya bersalaman saja Nabi sudah mengharamkannya, karena beliau pernah bersabda:”Tertusuknya kepala kamu dengan paku akan lebih baik bagi kamu daripada kamu menyentuh wanita yang tidak dihalalkan bagimu (bukan mahram).”(Kitab Shahih Al-Jami’:5045). dan Nabi juga pernah bersabda:“Sesungguhnya aku tidak (pernah dan tidak akan pernah) bersalaman dengan kaum wanita (asing yang bukan mahramku).”(Kitab Shahih Jami’:5213)

Bagaimana mungkin nabi memperbolehkan Salim untuk menyentuh bagian tubuh Sahlah tatkala beliau memerintahkan Sahlah menyusui Salim, padahal beliau megharamkan kaum pria untuk menyentuh tangan wanita yang bukan mahramnya?

Lalu apabila seorang anak kecil yang minum air susu ibu tanpa mnyentuh mengisapnya dari payudara ibunya secara langsung, jumhur ulama berpendapat anak itu dikategorikan sebagai anak susuan dan harus mengikuti hukum-hukum penyusuan. Selama seorang anak kecil yang meminum susu tanpa mengisapnya dari payudara secara langsung tetap dikategorikan sebagai anak susuan, maka seharusnya orang dewasa yang melakukannya seperti itu lebih layak untuk ditetapkan hukum-hukum penyusuan baginya.

Seorang ulama ilmu Nahwu, Ibnu Qutaibah Ad-Dinuri pernah mengomentari hadist tersebut. Ia mengatakan: nabi hendak memahramkan Salim dan Sahlah, beliau juga ingin mempersatukan mereka dalam satu rumah tanpa ada rasa canggung diantara mereka, dan beliau juga mau menghilangkan rasa cemburu pada diri Abu Hudzaifah sekaligus merasa senang dengan keberadaan Salim dirumahnya. Nabi berkata:”Susuilah ia” namun Nabi tidak mengatakan :Letakkan payudaramu dimulutnya.” Beliau tidak mengatakan hal itu karena yang beliau inginkan adalah:”Keluarkanlah air susumu pada suatu tempat, lalu berikanlah kepadanya agar ia dapat meminumnya.: Inilah makna yang sebenarnya, tidak ada dan tidak boleh dimaknai dengan interpretasi yang lain. Pasalnya Salim tidak di perbolehkan untuk melihat bagian tubuh Sahlah sebelum ditetapkan baginya hukum penyusuan, maka bagaimana mungkin ia di perbolehkan untuk berbuat sesuatu yang diharamkan baginya (meminumnya secara langsung), atau berbuat sesuatu yg tidak dapat dijamin syahwatnya akan terjaga? (Kitab Ta’wil Mukhtalaf Al-Hadist karya Ibnu Qutaibah hal.308-309).

Keputusan Nabi itu adalah rahmat yang diberikan beliau kepada Sahlah dan anak angkatnya, karena di antara mereka pasti ada kasih sayang antara ibu dan anak. Salim di asuh Sahlah sejak kecil, maka tentu Sahlah sudah menganggap Salim sebagai anaknya sendiri, dan Salimsudah menganggap Sahlah sebagai ibunya sendiri. Sulit bagi Salim ataupun bagi Sahlah untuk dipisahkan. Apalagi usia sahlah semakin lama semakin menua, tentu ia dan suaminya membtuhkan anak muda seperti Salim untuk membantu mereka.

KARENA MAKNANYA BERTENTANGAN DENGAN DALIL HADIST MAUPUN AYAT-AYAT ALQURAN BERIKUT DIBAWAH INI

HADIST NABI BERIKUT MENEGASKAN, BAHWA PERSUSUAN TIDAK MENJADIKAN MAHRAM KECUALI BILA DILAKUKAN PADA BAYI DI BAWAH 2 TAHUN (YAITU USIA SAPIH, 2 TAHUN)

Sunan Tirmidzi 1072:

Telah menceritakan kepada kami Qutaibah, telah menceritakan kepada kami Abu ‘Awanah dari Hisyam bin ‘Urwah dari Bapaknya dari Fathimah bin Al Mundzir dari Umu Salamah berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam bersabda: “Persusuan tidak bisa menjadikan mahram, kecuali (susuan) yang mengenyangkan dan terjadi sebelum disapih.” Abu Isa berkata; “Ini merupakan hadits hasan sahih dan diamalkan para ulama dari kalangan sahabat Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam dan yang lainnya; bahwa persusuan tidak menjadikan mahram kecuali pada bayi di bawah dua tahun. Jika telah berlangsung waktu dua tahun, tidak menjadikan mahram. Fathimah binti Al Mundzir bin Zubair bin ‘Awwam adalah istri Hisyam bin ‘Urwah.”

۞ وَالْوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ ۖ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يُتِمَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ ۚ وَعَلَى الْمَوْلُودِ لَهُ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ لَا تُكَلَّفُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا ۚ لَا تُضَارَّ وَالِدَةٌ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلَا مَوْلُودٌ لَّهُ بِوَلَدِهِ ۚ وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَٰلِكَ ۗ فَإِنْ أَرَادَا فِصَالًا عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنْهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٍ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا ۗ وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّمْ أَن تَسْتَرْضِعُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا سَلَّمْتُم مَّا آتَيْتُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۗ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ [٢:٢٣٣]

Para ibu hendaklah menyusukan anak-anaknya selama dua tahun penuh, yaitu bagi yang ingin menyempurnakan penyusuan. Dan kewajiban ayah memberi makan dan pakaian kepada para ibu dengan cara ma’ruf. Seseorang tidak dibebani melainkan menurut kadar kesanggupannya. Janganlah seorang ibu menderita kesengsaraan karena anaknya dan seorang ayah karena anaknya, dan warispun berkewajiban demikian. Apabila keduanya ingin menyapih (sebelum dua tahun) dengan kerelaan keduanya dan permusyawaratan, maka tidak ada dosa atas keduanya. Dan jika kamu ingin anakmu disusukan oleh orang lain, maka tidak ada dosa bagimu apabila kamu memberikan pembayaran menurut yang patut. Bertakwalah kamu kepada Allah dan ketahuilah bahwa Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu kerjakan.

QS 31:14

وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ وَهْنًا عَلَىٰ وَهْنٍ وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيْكَ إِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ [٣١:١٤]

Dan Kami perintahkan kepada manusia (berbuat baik) kepada dua orang ibu-bapaknya; ibunya telah mengandungnya dalam keadaan lemah yang bertambah-tambah, dan menyapihnya dalam dua tahun. Bersyukurlah kepada-Ku dan kepada dua orang ibu bapakmu, hanya kepada-Kulah kembalimu.

MAHA BENAR ALLAH DENGAN SEGALA FIRMAN NYA

LALU BAGAIMANA MENYIKAPI HADIST SAHIH RIWAYAT IMAM MALIK DIATAS ?

Hadist riwayat Imam Malik diatas, yang mengisahkan tentang Ummul Mukminin yang menyusui orang dewasa, jangankan saat ini, bahkan dijamannya sendiri, bahkan disebutkan di dalam hadist yang sama, SUDAH DITOLAK OLEH ISTRI-ISTRI NABI LAINNYA.

Sehingga hadist tersebut bahkan menjadi sangat lemah untuk dipercaya dan dijadikan sebagai dasar hukum penyusuan orang dewasa, apalagi setelah lalu terbuti bertentangan dengan hadis sahih lainnya, yaitu hadist riwayat Tirmidzi, bahkan bertentangan pula dengan ayat-ayat AlQuran tentang batas usia penyusuan. Beberapa diantara mereka tertangkap berbohong karena tidak sama sekali bisa membaca tulisan Arab apa lagi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an.

Muhammad 27 kali terjun perang dan lebih dari ratusan kali mengirim pasukan untuk memerangi suku-suku yang lebih lemah. Sebaliknya ajaran Yeshua adalah KASIH. Dalam Perjanjian Baru tidak ada ayat yang membolehkan membunuh. [Muhammad hidup sekitar 600 tahun setelah Yeshua Ha Mashiah].

Terlalu menggelikan bagi seorang KIYAI membandingkan situasi masa kehidupan Nabi Muhammad SAW dengan situasi masa kehidupan Yesus A.S. Membuktikan dia tidak terpelajar sama sekali dalam bidang SEJARAH ISLAM terutama sejarah hidup Nabi Muhammad SAW. Nabi SAW dan Yesus (Isa) A.S mempunya situasi masa hidup bagai bumi dan langit. Muhammad SAW adalah seorang pemimpin negara, seorang presiden, seorang panglima perang. Bagaimana dengan Yesus A.S?

Muhammad SAW dan para muslim mengalami penyiksaan dari kaum Quraish Makkah untuk meninggalkan agama baru yang mereka baru saja dapatkan dari Nabi Muhammad SAW. Para Muslim hijrah ke Madinah bersama Muhammad SAW dan membentuk pemerintahan baru. Kaum Kafir Quraish murka dan menantang perang kaum Muslimin. Perang besar pertama terjadi (perang Badr) dan tidak dapat dihindarkan. Dalam perang Uhud, sekali lagi Nabi Muhammad SAW di perangi kaum Quraish Makkah yang membalas dendam karena dikalahkan dalam perang sebelumnya. Perang Khandak, para Muslimin diserang dua kubu. Kafir Quraish dan Yahudi. Perang Khaibar, Nabi SAW tidak ada opsi lain untuk menyerang benteng Yahudi karena pengkhianatannya bekerja sama dengan para Quraish untuk menyerang Madinah.Perang Mut’ah terjadi karena utusan Nabi Muhammad SAW Harits bin Umair R.A dihadang dan dibunuh. Menurut adat yang berlaku pada saat itu –dan berlaku hingga sekarang- bahwa utusan tidak boleh dibunuh dan kapan saja membunuh utusan, maka berarti menyatakan pengumuman perang.

BAGAIMANA SITUASI SEPERTI INI BISA DIBANDINGKAN DENGAN SITUASI KEHIDUPAN YESUS A.S? Muhammad SAW adalah seorang pemimpin negara, seorang presiden, seorang panglima perang. Bagaimana dengan Yesus A.S?

Perang-perang kecil yang lain, BUKAN UNTUK MENYERANG KAUM LEMAH. Selain permasalahan dalam negeri, pengkhianatan, Psy WAR, para NABI juga mendapatkan perintah dari TUHAN mereka untuk memerangi para PENYEMBAH BERHALA dan para penentang monotheism. Sama dengan perintah ALLAH pada Nabi MUSA A.S. Perhatikan Perjanjian lama anda.

Kitab ULANGAN:
6:14 Janganlah kamu mengikuti allah lain, dari antara allah bangsa-bangsa sekelilingmu, 6:15 sebab TUHAN, Allahmu, o adalah Allah yang cemburu di tengah-tengahmu, supaya jangan bangkit murka TUHAN, Allahmu, terhadap engkau, sehingga Ia memunahkan engkau dari muka bumi. 6:16 Janganlah kamu mencobai TUHAN, Allahmu, p seperti kamu mencobai Dia di Masa

Dibawah ini Perintah Allah pada Nabi Musa A.S untuk berperang.

Kitab BILANGAN: 31:6 Lalu Musa menyuruh mereka untuk berperang, seribu orang dari tiap-tiap suku, bersama-sama dengan Pinehas, h anak imam Eleazar, untuk berperang, dengan membawa perkakas tempat kudus i dan nafiri-nafiri j pemberi tanda semboyan. 31:7Kemudian berperanglah mereka melawan Midian, seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepada Musa, k lalu membunuh semua laki-laki mereka. l31:8 Selain dari orang-orang yang mati terbunuh itu, merekapun membunuh juga raja-raja Midian, yakni Ewi, Rekem, Zur, Hur dan Reba, m kelima raja Midian, n juga Bileam bin Beor o dibunuh mereka dengan pedang. p31:9Kemudian Israel menawan perempuan-perempuan q Midian dan anak-anak mereka; juga segala hewan, segala ternak dan segenap kekayaan mereka dijarah.

(Tidak ada satu perangpun Nabi Muhammad SAW melakukan segala kekejian seperti yang dilakukan Nabi Musa versi Perjanjian Lama)

Mantan Kiyai mengatakan:  Dalam Perjanjian Baru tidak ada ayat yang membolehkan membunuh.

Solusi apa yang bisa kalian berikan ketika mereka Yesus menggantikan kedudukan Nabi Muhammad atau Nabi Musa A.S pada situasi beliau hidup? Apa yang dilakukan para Kristen ketika Belanda datang menjajah Indonesia ratusan tahun lalu? Sembunyi dalam Rumah? Kalau ada orang jahat memasukki rumah anda dan mengancam kehidupan anggota keluarga, apa yang akan anda lakukan? Apa yang akan anda lakukan ketika musuh menjatuhkan bom pada kota anda?

Berikut beberapa peraturan dalam berperang yang harus dipatuhi oleh umat Muslim ketika berperang melawan musuh: (disarikan dari beberapa hadith).

Dilarang melakukan pengkhianatan jika sudah terjadi kesepakatan damai,
Dilarang membunuh wanita dan anak-anak, kecuali mereka ikut berperang maka boleh diperangi,
Dilarang membunuh orang tua dan orang sakit,
Dilarang membunuh pekerja (orang upahan),
Dilarang mengganggu para biarawan dan tidak membunuh umat yang tengah beribadah.
Dilarang memutilasi mayat musuh,
Dilarang membakar pepohonan, merusak ladang atau kebun,
Dilarang membunuh ternak kecuali untuk dimakan,
Dilarang menghancurkan desa atau kota,

AYAT YANG TIDAK MEMBOLEHKAN PEMBUNUHAN DALAM SITUASI PEPERANGAN ADALAH MENGGELIKAN. ISLAM MENGAJARKAN DAMAI PADA SIAPA SAJA, MELARANG PEMBUNUHAN TERHADAP MEREKA YANG TIDAK BERSALAH TAPI MENGIJINKAN PEMBUNUHAN KETIKA NYAWA ANDA TERANCAM ATAU DIPERANGI.

Numbers 31

Offerings from War Booty

25 Then the Lord told Moses, 26 Take an inventory of the booty that was taken in the battle,[h] both of humans and of animals. Then you, Eleazar the priest, and the leaders of the fathers of the community 27 are to divide the booty between the warriors who went to war and the rest of the community.

28 “After this, you are to exact a tribute for the Lord from the soldiers who went to war, consisting of the tribute earned by one person out of every 500, whether from people, cattle, donkeys, or flocks. 29 You are to take half their share and give it to Eleazar the priest as a raised offering to the Lord. 30 Then take half the share of the Israelis, one drawn out of every 50 people, cattle, donkeys, flocks, and from every animal, then give to the descendants of Levi who maintain the service of the Lord’s tent.”

31 So Moses and Eleazar the priest did what the Lord had commanded Moses. 32 The goods confiscated in excess of the war implements[i] that the warriors had gathered included 675,000 sheep, 33 72,000 cattle, 34 61,000 donkeys, and 35 32,000 women who had not had sexual relations with a man.

God’s Portion of the War Booty

36 Now half of the share of those who went to war numbered 337,500 sheep, 37 so theLord’s tribute from the sheep totaled 675. 38 The cattle numbered 36,000, so the Lord’s tribute totaled 72. 39 The donkeys numbered 30,500, so the Lord’s tribute totaled 61.40 The people[j] numbered 16,000, so the Lord’s tribute totaled 32 people. 41 Then Moses gave the tribute, a raised offering to the Lord, to Eleazar the priest, just as the Lord had commanded Moses. 42 From half of the share of the Israelis that Moses had set aside from the soldiers, 43 there were 337,500 sheep for the community, 44 36,000 cattle, 45 30,500 donkeys, 46 and 16,000 people.

47 Moses took a portion drawn from every 50 Israelis, including from both human and animals, and gave them to the descendants of Levi who maintained the Lord’s tent, just as the Lord had commanded him.[k] 48 Then the officers in charge of thousands of soldiers, the captains of thousands, and the captains of hundreds approached Moses 49 and told him,[l] “Your servants took a count of the soldiers who were under our authority. We didn’t miss a single man. 50 We’ve brought offerings to the Lord from whatever each man found—jewel-encrusted gold, anklets, bracelets, signet rings, earrings, and necklaces—to make atonement for ourselves[m] in the Lord’s presence.”

51 Then Moses and Eleazar the priest took the gold from them and everything that was fashioned into jewels. 52 The gold for the raised offering that they brought to the Lordtotaled 16,750 shekels, 53 because every soldier had confiscated war booty for his own use. 54 Moses and Eleazar took the gold from the captains of thousands and hundreds and brought it to the Tent of Meeting, to serve as a memorial to the Israelis in the Lord’s presence.

31 So Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.
32 The plunder remaining from the spoils that the soldiers took was 675,000 sheep,
33 72,000 cattle,
34 61,000 donkeys
35 and 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.
36 The half share of those who fought in the battle was: 337,500 sheep,
37 of which the tribute for the LORD was 675;
38 36,000 cattle, of which the tribute for the LORD was 72;
39 30,500 donkeys, of which the tribute for the LORD was 61;
40 16,000 people, of which the tribute for the LORD was 32.

Booty [S]

captives or cattle or objects of value taken in war. In Canaan all that breathed were to be destroyed ( Deuteronomy 20: : 16 ). The “pictures and images” of the Canaanites were to be destroyed also ( Numbers 33:52 ). The law of booty as to its division is laid down in Numbers 31:26-47 . David afterwards introduced a regulation that the baggage-guard should share the booty equally with the soldiers engaged in battle. He also devoted of the spoils of war for the temple ( 1 Samuel 30:24-26 ; 2 Sam 8:11 ; 1 Chronicles 26:27 ).

consisted of captives of both sexes, cattle, and whatever a captured city might contain, especially metallic treasures. Within the limits of Canaan no captives were to be made, ( deuteronomy 20:14deuteronomy 20:16 ) beyond these limits, in case of warlike resistance, all the women and children were to be made captives, and the men put to death. A DETAILED ANALYSIS OF THE PROPHET’S MARRIAGE TO AISHA

This site including myself have already written a couple of articles regarding the prophet’s marriage to Aisha, however so I thought it would be helpful of me if I wrote a detailed article on this marriage discussing the marriage and why it was something normal back then and nothing strange or bad.

1- Did the Prophet Marry Aisha at the age of 6?

Authentic Hadith reports do show us that the prophet Muhammad did marry Aisha at the age of 6, but they also show the consummation of the marriage was complete when she was 9 years old.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 234:

Narrated Aisha:

The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became Allright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 236:
Narrated Hisham’s father:

Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‘Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

Sahih Muslim Book 008, Number 3310:
‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old.

Sahih Muslim Book 008, Number 3311:

‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old.

Now some may object to this by saying how could the Prophet marry Aisha at such a young age. One must first understand that 1400 years ago was very different than now, times have changed and so have humans. 1400 years ago it was something very common to marry young girls, in fact they were not considered young girls, rather they were considered young women back then. It is a historic fact that girls from the ages of 9 to 14 were being married in Europe, Asia, and Africa, in fact even in the United States girls at the age of 10 were also being married just more than a century ago.
Yet with these facts no historian claims that all these people were sick perverts, historians would call anyone who made such a claim to be arrogant and very stupid who has no grasp or understanding of history.

Furthermore as to the prophets Marriage with Aisha, something people will notice is that the completion of the marriage was done when Aisha was 9 years old, not when she was 6, and there is a reason for that. The reason why this happened is because Aisha had been through puberty by the age of 9, and in Islam a female who under-goes puberty is considered a lady and is fit for marriage. Now some may say how does a girl go through puberty at the age of 9? :

When does puberty start? Although puberty usually starts between ages 8 to 13 in girls, it may start earlier or later. Everyone’s body changes at a different time. Whether you have breasts at age 10 or have not started your period by age 14, do not worry. Everyone goes through puberty eventually. So note, a period for a girl occurs from the age of 8 to 14, though this is not always the case as a girl can also start her period by 14 or maybe 15. However so for Aisha it is most likely her puberty started at 8, and continued till she was 9, and once she was going through puberty and her menses, this made her a lady and not a girl anymore since she was fit for a baby therefore she is no child anymore.
In fact early symptoms of a girl going through puberty is described as:

You may get PMS. PMS or “premenstrual syndrome” is a group of changes you may see and feel before your period. You may have headaches, dizziness, or feel sick to your stomach before your period. You may feel like crying more, feel a little sad, and feel more emotional about everything. PMS may cause you to retain (hold onto) water. Retaining water means that your body tries to keep more body fluid in before and during your period. This may make your breasts tender and cause you to feel bloated, restless, or grumpy.

If we read the hadiths, we find that right before Aisha got married off to the prophet that she was sick and not feeling to well:

Narrated Aisha:

So as we can see, Aisha got ill and her body was going through some changes, indicating that she was going through her puberty. In fact during puberty a girl will want to be away from her family, meaning her mother and father:

Want to be away from your family: During puberty, you may want to spend most of your time with friends instead of family members. You may feel embarrassed by your family or parents. You may feel like your parents have no idea what you are going through during puberty. It is normal for you to want to be with and dress like your friends most of the time. Just remember that sometime your family may be a better support for you than your friends. Aisha had no problems when she moved in with the Prophet, nor did she show signs of distress from being away from her mother or father, rather she was very happy, obviously not the type of emotion you would get from a supposed child now would you? A child will want to be with its mother and father, and if it is taken away from them it will cry a lot and will be very distressed, yet no such signs were shown from Aisha.

So therefore as we can see, there was nothing wrong with the marriage, Aisha was going through puberty, she was fit to have a child, meaning she was not a child anymore, and under God a lady who goes through puberty is officially considered fit for marriage, this is something that many Christians agree on as do the Jews.

2- Was the Prophet a paedophile? (astaghfurillah may God curse those who call the prophet such a name!)

Now what is a paedophile?

“Low self esteem. Many pedophiles, although by no means all, do not have a great sense of capacity for adopting a sexual demeanor towards adults or those of their own age or older. They feel unhappy and fearful at the prospect of sexual behaviour with adults and hence turn to children due to the fact that they are unable to have the strength of personality to seek adults for sexual demeanor. When considering treatment therefore it is important to establish and develop a higher sense of self-esteem in such individuals.”

This obviously cannot be referring to the prophet Muhammad, the prophet sure did not have low self esteem, the prophet had hundreds and hundreds of followers and a person with low self esteem would not be able to do what he did.

Secondly, the prophet Muhammad did not have any fear of having sexual intercourse with adults, for instance Khadijah the first wife of the Prophet was much older than he was!

Safiur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri’s biography:

Khadijah Bint Khuwailid:
In Makkah ? prior to Hijra ? the Prophet’s household comprised him [pbuh] and his wife Khadijah bint Khuwailid. He was twenty-five and she was forty when they got married. She was the first woman he married. She was the only wife he had till she died. He had sons and daughters with her. None of their sons lived long. They all died. Their daughters were Zainab, Ruqaiya, Umm Kulthum and Fatimah.
Zainab was married to her maternal cousin Abu Al-?As bin Al-Rabi? and that was before Al-Hijra. Ruqaiya and Umm Kulthum were both married to ?Uthman bin ?Affan successively (i.e. he married one after the death of her sister). Fatimah was married to ?Ali bin Abi Talib; and that was in the period between Badr and Uhud battles. The sons and daughters that Fatimah and ?Ali had were Al-Hasan, Al-Husain, Zainab and Umm Kulthum.
It is well-known that the Prophet [pbuh] was exceptionally authorized to have more than four wives for various reasons. The wives he married were thirteen. Nine of them outlived him. Two died in his lifetime: Khadijah and the Mother of the poor (Umm Al-Masakeen) ? Zainab bint Khuzaima, besides two others with whom he did not consummate his marriage.
Let us see what else a pedophile is:

“Lack of impulse control. Many pedophiles find it extremely difficult to deal with the impulsive nature which inclines them towards sexual behaviour to children. They simply cannot control their need for engaging children in sexual practices. They might be said to suffer from an obsessive-compulsive condition. Here again treatment would involve developing better impulse control and of course redirecting the sexual inclinations.”

Thankfully the prophet does not fit this description, in fact Aisha herself testifies to it:

Sahih Al-Bukhari

Volume 1, Book 6, Number 299:

Narrated ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Al-Aswad:

(on the authority of his father) ‘Aisha said: “Whenever Allah’s Apostle wanted to fondle anyone of us during her periods (menses), he used to order her to put on an Izar and start fondling her.” ‘Aisha added, “None of you could control his sexual desires as the Prophet could.”

Sahih Muslim
Book 006, Number 2439:

‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) used to kiss (his wives) while fasting and embraced (them) while fasting; but he had the greatest mastery over his desire among you.

If this was true on the prophet then he would have just had intercourse with Aisha when she was 6 and he would have also married several other girls at the age of 4-7 and had intercourse with them, yet he never did such a thing.

Other symptoms of a paedophile is loneliness, this is defiantly not true for the prophet, he always had people around him, from companions to his wives, he in fact never had much privacy! Also another symptom of a paedophile is someone who was sexually abused as a child or in some part of his or her life, this never happened to the prophet Muhammad.

Let us now see what the scholars have to say regarding the marriage:

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married ?Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) after he married Sawdah bint Zam’ah (may Allaah be pleased with her). She – ?Aa’ishah – was the only virgin whom he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married. And he consummated the marriage with her when she was nine years old.

Among her virtues was the fact that the Revelation did not descend when he under one cover with any of his wives other than her. She was one of the dearest of all people to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and news of her innocence was revealed from above the seven heavens. She was one of the most knowledgeable of his wives, and one of the most knowledgeable women of the ummah as a whole. The senior companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to refer to her opinion and consult her.

With regard to the story of her marriage, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had grieved over the death of the Mother of the Believers Khadeejah, who had supported him and stood by his side, and he called the year in which she died The Year of Sorrow. Then he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married Sawdah, who was an older woman and was not very beautiful; rather he married her to console her after her husband had died and she stayed among mushrik people. Four years later the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married ?Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her), and he was over fifty. Perhaps the reasons for the marriage were as follows:

1 – He saw a dream about marrying her. It is proven in al-Bukhaari from the hadeeth of ?Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to her: “You were shown to me twice in a dream. I saw that you were wrapped in a piece of silk, and it was said, ?This is your wife.’ I uncovered her and saw that it was you. I said, ?If this is from Allaah then it will come to pass.'” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 3682). As to whether this is a prophetic vision as it appears to be, or a regular dream that may be subject to interpretation, there was a difference of opinion among the scholars, as mentioned by al-Haafiz in Fath al-Baari, 9/181.

2 – The characteristics of intelligence and smartness that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had noticed in ?Aa’ishah even as a small child, so he wanted to marry her so that she would be more able than others to transmit reports of what he did and said. In fact, as stated above, she was a reference point for the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) with regard to their affairs and rulings.

3 – The love of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) for her father Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him), and the persecution that Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him) had suffered for the sake of the call of truth, which he bore with patience. He was the strongest of people in faith and the most sincere in certain faith, after the Prophets.

It may be noted that among his wives were those who were young and old, the daughter of his sworn enemy, the daughter of his closest friend. One of them occupied herself with raising orphans, another distinguished herself from others by fasting and praying qiyaam a great deal. They represented all kinds of people, through whom the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was able to set out a way for the Muslims showing how to deal properly with all kinds of people. With regard to the issue of her being young and your being confused about that, you should note that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) grew up in a hot country, the Arabian Peninsula. Usually in hot countries adolescence comes early and people marry early. This is how the people of Arabia were until recently. Moreover, women vary greatly in their development and their physical readiness for marriage.

If you think – may Allaah guide you – that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not marry any virgin other than ?Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her), and that all his other wives had been previously married, this will refute the notion spread by many hostile sources, that the basic motive behind the Prophet’s marriages was physical desire and enjoyment of women, because if that was his intention he would have chosen only those who were virgins and beautiful etc.

Such slanders against the Prophet of Mercy (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by kaafirs and others of their ilk, are indicative of their inability to find fault with the law and religion that he brought from Allaah, so they try to find ways to criticize Islam with regard to issues that are not related to sharee’ah.

A scholar on Islamonline.net Muzammil Siddiqi writes:

Before answering your question, we would like first to state that through the centuries, the enemies of Islam have advanced numerous accusations and far-fetched theories to discredit Islam and its last Prophet, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Praise be to Allah alone, all such accusations have been successfully refuted by the Muslim Ummah. It is no wonder that we see a group of some Christians reinventing accusations against the noble character of the Prophet about his marriage to young `A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her).

We have forwarded your question to Dr. Muzammil H. Siddiqi, former President of the Islamic Society of North America and Director of the Islamic Society of Orange County, Garden Grove, California. He states the following:

“The author of this flyer attacks the character of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) by using these words, “Prophet of God having sex with a 9-year-old girl.” He is trying to confuse his readers as if the Prophet was not married to this girl or married her against her will. The Prophet’s wife `A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) was indeed young, but he married her according to the traditions of his people at that time.

`A’ishah was most pleased with this marriage. She became his best supporter and learned much of Islam from him. She was a great teacher for many women and men of her time. Her parents were very pleased with this marriage. Historically, it is not confirmed that she was 9 years old when she came in the household of the Prophet. There are various reports from age 9 to age 24. Her maturity, knowledge, intelligence, and contributions during the life of the Prophet and afterwards all indicate that she was either an exceptional nine-year-old or must have been older than that. Whatever the case may be about her age, one thing is certain: she was a most compatible spouse of Prophet Muhammad. None of the contemporaries of the Prophet, his friends or foes, are reported to be surprised by this marriage or made objections to it.

The author should read his own Bible and ask himself how fair he is in judging Prophet Muhammad with one standard and his own prophets with another. If he thinks that a Prophet of God should not have a very young wife, then he should also reject Abraham as God’s Prophet. If he cannot accept a 50-year-old Prophet of God having a 9-year-old wife (though I do not agree that she was 9), then he should also not accept an 86-year- old Prophet of God who slept with a young maiden of his own wife without marrying her, as the Bible says (see Genesis 16:1-16). He should then reject all the Prophets who came in the line of Prophet Abraham, including Jesus. He should also reject the whole Bible, Old and New Testament, because they both praise Abraham as a great person.

We as Muslims, of course, honor Prophet Ibrahim (peace and blessings be upon him) and respect his marriage to Hajar (may Allah be pleased with her). She was the honored mother of Prophet Isma`il (peace and blessings be upon him and upon all the Prophets of God).”
Another group of scholars also write:

we’d like to make it clear in the very beginning that Prophet’s marriage to `Aisha, the Mother of the Faithful, has always been a subject of attack and criticism by the enemies of Islam. First of all, we want to clarify to people who view this marriage as some sort of brutal act and child abuse that they should try to understand the main purpose of this marriage and the condition of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, before the marriage.

As for the purpose of this marriage, it was purely for sociopolitical reason. The Prophet’s main concern was the future of Islam. He was interested in strengthening the Muslims by all bonds. This also explains the reason why he married the daughter of `Umar, his Second Successor. It was by his marriage to Juwayriyyah that he gained the support for Islam of the whole clan of Bani Al-Mustaliq and their allied tribes. It was through his marriage to Safiyyah that he neutralized a great section of the hostile Jews of Arabia. By accepting Mariya, the Copt from Egypt, as his wife, he formed a political alliance with a king of great magnitude. So his marriage to `Aisha could never be of anything save cementing his relation with Abu Bakr, `Aisha’s father.

As for the Prophet’s condition before this marriage, it clearly explained what we’ve said that it was a purely sublime aim and purpose that motivated him to marry `Aisha. That’s why the marriage was not consummated until sometime after the emigration to Madinah, when she had reached maturity. The motives of this marriage can be understood to be anything except passion and physical attraction. However, he lived with her, in addition to Sawdah, for five to six years, when he was 56 years of age, without taking any other wife.

One important point we have to clarify here is that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when proposing to `Aisha, was not the first suitor, for, according to many historians, Jubair ibn Mut`am proposed to her before the Prophet, peace and blessings for him. This gives an indication that `Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, was mature enough for marriage at that age.
Giving more details on this issue, Sheikh Faysal Mawlawi, deputy chairman of the European Council for Fatwa and Research, states the following:

Firstly, Prophet’s proposal to `Aisha came through a suggestion made by Khawalh bint Hakim as a sign of strengthening the relation with his Companion Abu Bakr and confirming his love for him.

Secondly, the fact that `Aisha, before the Prophet proposed to her, was being pursued by Jubair ibn Mut`am, indicates that she was mature enough for marriage, according to the prevailing tradition at that time, if not, the Quraish people, who would never waste any chance to insult the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would have found this marriage as a golden opportunity to pour on him rain of insults. Rather they found nothing wrong in this engagement, and they received the news of the Prophet’s proposal for `Aisha as something usual, and even, expected.

`Aisha was not the first case, for many girls married at her same age to men who were at their fathers’ age. Hala, the cousin of Amina bint Wahb was married to Abdul-Muttalib on the same day his son `Abdullah married Aminah bint Wahb who was at Hala’s same age. Also, the Companion `Umar ibn Al-Khattab married the daughter of Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah honor his face, while he was at her grandpa’s age.

After the passage of many centuries, we find now some Orientalists who try to strike a comparison between the conditions of our present time and what was existing 1400 years ago. They are trying to apply the criterions of the Western society to that society that existed in the Arabian Peninsula very long ago.

It should be noted that in the hot regions, it’s normal for a girl to attain maturity at a very early age. Thus the case is totally different from that which does exist in the cold regions where a girl does not attain puberty before 21 [Physicians maintain that the age of puberty in the hot regions normally ranges from 9 to 16]. At all rates, it should be stressed that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on marrying `Aisha, never aimed at fulfilling a lust or satisfying a desire; rather, his aim was to strengthen his relation with the most beloved Companion of his.

Had it been true that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, aimed at fulfilling a lust or satisfying a desire, he would have done this while still in his youth when he was still free from the responsibilities of delivering Allah’s call. At his early age, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, accepted to marry Khadija, may Allah be pleased with her, who was 15 years older than him. He also never married a new wife until after her death. Even after her passing away, his new wife Sawdah bint Zam`ah was an old-aged widow who possessed no particular appealing qualities. This adds to our certainty that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had many great lofty aims behind his marriages. Also, when Khawlah bint Hakim suggested to him to marry`Aisha, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, thought thoroughly whether to accept or to refuse. He took into consideration his relation with Abu Bakr.

When `Aisha reached the Prophet’s house, Sawdah gave her the first place and took care of her till her death.. Afterwards, `Aisha remained a faithful wife to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him; her 10 years of marriage were of the life of a fully dedicated disciple, trainee and scholarly student in the noble Prophetic school. She was the source of knowledge for almost every Companion. She was of the main sources for revealing knowledge and information of the private life of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. She was a big celebrity in politics and the best example of generosity.

The Prophet’s love for `Aisha was a sign of his love for her father. On being asked about the dearest person to his heart, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned `Aisha. Then, on being asked about the dearest man to him and he, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned her father, Abu Bakr.

Question:

Islam prescribes the death penalty for apostasy. This means there is no freedom of religion in Islam.

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Apostasy is divided into two types: major and minor. Muslim scholars, using the Prophet’s traditions as their guide, have divided unbelief, idolatry, hypocrisy, and sin into major and minor categories. Likewise, there is a distinction between an apostate who intends to physically harm the community and an apostate who only spiritually harms himself.

Minor apostasy is when a person embraces Islam while knowing its virtues and later rejects it. There is no legal punishment for the minor apostate as long as they do not try to physically harm the Muslim community. Major apostasy is when a person embraces Islam while knowing its virtues and later rejects it and adds to this a call for violent rebellion against the Muslim authorities. Such a crime is equivalent to high treason and in its most severe case can carry the death penalty as an act of self-defense for the community.

Allah said:

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ آمَنُوا ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ ازْدَادُوا كُفْرًا لَّمْ يَكُنِ اللَّهُ لِيَغْفِرَ لَهُمْ وَلَا لِيَهْدِيَهُمْ سَبِيلًا

Verily, those who believed and then disbelieved, then believed and then disbelieved and increased in disbelief, never will Allah forgive them nor will He guide them to a right way.

Surah An-Nisa 4:137

In this verse, Allah describes a person who apostates from Islam twice and He does not prescribe legal punishment for him, but rather He only warns the apostate about severe punishment in the Hereafter. This demonstrates that the general rule is an apostate should be left alone, as the Quran prohibits compulsion in religion.

Allah said:

لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ

There is no compulsion in religion. The truth is distinct from misguidance.

Surah Al-Baqarah 2:256

And He said:

وَقُلِ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ فَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيَكْفُرْ

Say: The truth is from your Lord. So whoever wills let him believe, and whoever wills let him disbelieve.

Surah Al-Kahf 18:29

Because of this, the Prophet did not punish people simply because they rejected Islam.

Jabir reported: A bedouin came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and gave the pledge of allegiance for embracing Islam. The next day he came with a fever and said, “Please cancel my pledge.” The Prophet refused three times and he said:

الْمَدِينَةُ كَالْكِيرِ تَنْفِي خَبَثَهَا، وَيَنْصَعُ طَيِّبُهَا

Medina is like a furnace. It expels its impurities and collects what is pure.

In this example, a man rejected Islam after embracing it but the Prophet did not apply legal punishment to him.

Regarding the major apostasy, the Prophet was clear in advising us that legal punishment is not applied to a minor apostate, but only a major apostate.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, applied legal punishment in the following case:

وَالتَّارِكُ لِدِينِهِ الْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ

The one who leaves his religion and separates from the community.

The reference to one who “separates from the community” (al-mufariq lil-jama’ah) indicates that a person is not legally punished simply for not practicing Islam, but rather for high treason against Muslim authorities. This is made even clearer in another narration in which the Prophet describes the major apostate as:

رَجُلٌ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ الإِسْلاَمِ يُحَارِبُ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَرَسُولَهُ

A man who rejects Islam and wages war against Allah the Exalted and His Messenger.

Ibn Abbas said:

فَمَنْ قَتَلَ وَأَفْسَدَ فِي الأَرْضِ وَحَارَبَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ ثُمَّ لَحِقَ بِالْكُفَّارِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْدَرَ عَلَيْهِ لَمْ يَمْنَعْهُ ذَلِكَ أَنْ يُقَامَ فِيهِ الْحَدُّ الَّذِي أَصَابَ

Whoever kills others, spreads corruption in the land, wages war against Allah and His Messenger, and he joins the unbelievers before he is subdued, then there is nothing to prevent the legal punishment from being applied to him because of what he did.

What can be understood from these narrations is that legal punishment is only applied to a person who combines apostasy with high treason. This is because the Quran prohibits compulsion in religion as a general rule and because the believers should be the most restrained of the people when it comes to taking life.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

أَعَفُّ النَّاسِ قِتْلَةً أَهْلُ الْإِيمَانِ

The most restrained of the people regarding killing are the people of faith.

Furthermore, cases of major apostasy do not necessitate the death penalty if a single Muslim seeks protection for the apostate.

Ibn Abbas reported:

كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَرْحٍ يَكْتُبُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَزَلَّهُ الشَّيْطَانُ فَلَحِقَ بِالْكُفَّارِ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُقْتَلَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَاسْتَجَارَ لَهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ فَأَجَارَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Abdullah ibn Sa’d ibn Abu Sarh would write to the Messenger of Allah but the devil deceived him and he joined the unbelievers. The Messenger of Allah ordered that he should be killed on the day of liberation, but Uthman ibn Affan sought protection for him, so the Messenger of Allah granted him protection.

In this example, a man embraced Islam and then rejected it by joining the idolaters of Mecca who at the time were waging war against the Muslims. When Mecca surrendered to the Prophet without a fight, Uthman ibn Affan sought protection for this apostate and the Prophet honored this covenant. This is because, as a general rule, the protection granted by a single Muslim should be honored by all Muslims.

Ali ibn Abu Talib reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

ذِمَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَاحِدَةٌ يَسْعَى بِهَا أَدْنَاهُمْ

The covenant of the Muslims is one covenant, and they strive to fulfill it among the least of them.

In conclusion, the Prophet’s statement, “Whoever changes his religion, then kill him,” is restricted by his other statements and actions which make clear that the legal punishment for apostasy applies only to those who commit high treason against the Muslim community.

JEWISH AND QURAISY TOGETHER ATTACKED  MADINA

The Battle of the Trench (Arabic: غزوة الخندق, translit.: Ghazwah al-Khandaq) also known as the Battle of the Confederates (Arabic: غزوة الاحزاب, translit.: Ghazwah al-Ahzab), was a fortnight-long siege of Yathrib (now Medina) BY ARAB AND JEWISH TRIBES. The strength of the confederate armies is estimated around 10,000 men with six hundred horses and some camels, while the Medinan defenders numbered 3,000. The battle began on March 31, 627.
BANU QURAIZA COMMITED TREASON AND THEY ARE TRAITORS. THEY ATTACKED THE CITY.

The largely outnumbered defenders of Medina, mainly Muslims led by Islamic prophet Muhammad, dug a trench, which together with Medina’s natural fortifications, rendered the confederate cavalry (consisting of horses and camels) useless, locking the two sides in a stalemate. Hoping to make several attacks at once, the THE CONFEDERATES PERSUADED THE MEDINA-ALLIED BANU QURAYZA TO ATTACK THE CITY FROM THE SOUTH. . However, Muhammad’s diplomacy derailed the negotiations, and broke up the confederacy against him. The well-organized defenders, the sinking of confederate morale, and poor weather conditions caused the siege to end in a fiasco.

The siege was a “battle of wits”, in which the Muslims tactically overcame their opponents while suffering very few casualties. Efforts to defeat the Muslims failed, and Islam became influential in the region. As a consequence, the Muslim army besieged the neighbourhood of the Banu Qurayza tribe, leading to their unconditional surrender.

Sirat Muhammad by Ibn Ishaq:
When the apostle of Allah had completed the Ditch, the Quraysh came and encamped at the confluence of the Ruma torrents. Their army consisted of 10,000 men, including their allies and followers; the Ghatafan, with their followers from Najd , also came and encamped in the direction of Uhud; and AND NEWS CAME THAT THE JEWISH TRIBE OF BANU QURAYZA HAD BROKEN THEIR TREATY WITH MUHAMMAD. So the apostle of Allah marched out with his Muslims, amounting to 3,000 men in all, and encamped so that Sal was behind him and the Ditch in front, separating him from the enemy. He had ordered thechildren and the women to be shut up in the forts.

Safiya, the daughter of Abdul-Muttalib, was at the fort of Hassan, who had remainedto guard the women and children. She told how ‘A Jew approached and began to walk round the fort. Now, the BANU QURAYZA JEWS HAD BROKEN THEIR TREATY WITH THE APOSTLE OF ALLAH, AND THEIR FORT WAS TO THE REAR OF OURS. THERE WAS NO ONE TO PROTECT OUR SIDE OF THE CITY, AND THE APOSTLE OF ALLAH WAS OCCUPIED WITH THE INVADERS AND UNABLE TO COME TO OUR AID.

BANU QURAYZA CHOSE THEIR OWN PEOPLE SA’D IBN MUADH TO DECIDE THEIR FAITH. NOT MUHAMMAD PBUH.

In the morning the Qurayza came down from their fort to surrender to the apostle of Allah, and the Aus begged that – as the apostle had dealt leniently with allies of the Khazraj – he would do the same for the allies of the Aus. The apostle said, ‘WOULD YOU LIKE ONE OF YOUR OWN PEOPLE TO DECIDE THEIR FATE’ AND THEY WELCOMED IT. He continued, ‘Then let Sad b. Muadh decide.’

EVEN PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH ASKED THEM IF THEY ‘WOULD YOU LIKE ONE OF YOUR OWN PEOPLE TO DECIDE THEIR FATE’
They agreed.

Sad had been struck by an arrow in the defence of the Ditch, so his people mounted him on a donkey – with a leather pillow under him, for he was a stout and handsome man – and brought him to the apostle. THEY TOLD HIM, ‘DEAL KINDLY WITH THY ALLIES, BECAUSE THE APOSTLE OF ALLAH HAS APPOINTED THEE FOR THIS PURPOSE.’ But they entreated him too much and he said, ‘Sad will take good care not to incur the censure of Allah by fearing the censure of men.’ Then some of his people went away and lamented for the men of the Banu Qurayza, before Sad even reached them, because Sad had spoken thus.

When Sad appeared the apostle said to the Muslims, ‘Arise in honour of your chief!” Then Sad asked, ‘Do you covenant with Allah to abide by my decision?’ and they said, ‘We do!’ The apostle of Allah also replied, ‘Yes.’ And Sad pronounced the following sentence, ‘I DECREE THAT THE MEN BE KILLED, THE PROPERTY BE DIVIDED, AND THE WOMEN WITH THEIR CHILDREN BE MADE CAPTIVES. The apostle of Allah said, ‘Thou hast decided according to the will of Allah, above the seven firmaments.’

Conclution:
When Prophet Muhammad came to Madina, they made a treaty and all the JEWS were approved.
Then JEWS (include Banu Qurayza) BROKE the treaty and commited TREASON by allied with Pagan Quraisy to Attack Madina.

The KILLING of JEWS WAS NOT DECIDED BY PROPHET MUHAMMAD but THEY CHOSE THEIR OWN PEOPLE “SAD IBN MUADH” to do it.

Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 52, Number 280:

Narrated Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri:
When the tribe of Bani Quraiza was ready to accept Sad’s judgment, Allah’s Apostle sent for Sad who was near to him. Sad came, riding a donkey and when he came near, Allah’s Apostle said (to the Ansar), “Stand up for your leader.” Then Sad came and sat beside Allah’s Apostle who said to him. “These people are ready to accept your judgment.” SAD SAID, “I GIVE THE JUDGMENT THAT THEIR WARRIORS SHOULD BE KILLED AND THEIR CHILDREN AND WOMEN SHOULD BE TAKEN AS PRISONERS.” The Prophet then remarked, “O Sad! You have judged amongst them with (or similar to) the judgment of the King Allah.”

Who is Sa’d ibn Mu’adh ?
Sa’d ibn Mu’adh (Arabic: سعد ابن معاذ) was a chief of the Banu Aus tribe in Medina and later converted to Islam. Sa’d was one of the chief of the Banu Aus, one of the two clans (non Jewish) settled in Medina.

Bismillah.

The Christians enjoy them self by cut and paste At-Tabari vol 6:111. They smile happy and think as if they are the winner. Check mate! They say.

What about At-Tabari 6:111?

Our Prophet Muhammad said: “I have fabricated things against God and have imputed to Him words which He has not spoken.”.

They do not give us the whole words but only this. Why? Because they don’t want you to see the truth of the whole story.

REFUTING THE PEDOPHILE CLAIM – PART 1

Bismillah.

The Un-peaceful non-Muslims happily attack our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) by calling him a PEDOPHILE just because he married to A’isyah (may Allah pleased with her)  at the age of 9. When I confront them and challenge them to talk more academically about what pedophile really is, they fail. They run, and they have no answer. Why? because none of the sign of a pedophile match to our Prophet (peace be upon him).

So for those who accused our Prophet a pedophile, clear that they don’t know what they accused for. They don’t know what pedophile is. They have no knowledge about it.

Through numerous case studies, the Department of Justice has developed characteristics and behavioral indicators of a pedophile.  They are as follows:

  1. Is most often an adult male. OK.
  2. Is usually married. OK
  3. Works in a wide range of occupations, from unskilled laborer to corporate executive. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to be a Sheppard  and Merchant before his Prophet-hood.
  4. Relates better to children than adults. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) relates better to both of them. In fact, most of his companions are adult. But he is gentle with kids.
  5. Socializes with few adults unless they are pedophiles. Again, more of his companions are adult.
  6. Usually prefers children in a specific age group. Not my Prophet. This kind of behavior not suite a leader of a religion and a nation.
  7. Usually prefers either males or females, but may be bi-sexual. Not my Prophet. He is not a bisexual. Can you find it in the history?
  8. May seek employment or volunteer with programs involving children of the age of his preference. Not my Prophet. He is busy leading his ummah. Not a change.
  9. Pursues children for sexual purposes. Not my Prophet. His under age wife that time ONLY A’isyah. A pedophile wants more than one victim. It’s a mental disease. 
  10. Frequently photographs or collects photographs of his victims, either dressed, nude, or in sexually explicit acts. ????????? Prophet (peace be upon him) even urged ladies to use hijab.
  11. Collects child erotica and child-adult pornography. ????????? No such thing.
  12. May possess and furnish narcotics to his victims to lower their inhibitions. ????????? No such thing.
  13. Is usually intelligent enough to recognize that he has a personal problem and understand the severity of it. ???????????? 
  14. May go to great lengths to conceal his illegal activity. Can you mention the ilegal activity the Prophet have done? With the sources?
  15. Often rationalizes his illicit activities, emphasizing his positive impact upon the victim and repressing feelings about the harm that he has done. No such thing recorded in the history of the Prophet.
  16. Often portrays the child as the aggressor.  This usually occurs after the child realizes that by withholding “sexual favors” the child will obtain what he or she desires, such as new toys, clothing or trips. Not my Prophet. Not in history.
  17. Talks about children in the same manner as one would talk about an adult lover or spouse. Not my Prophet. None of the companion witness such behavior. 
  18. Often was a child molestation victim and frequently seeks out children at the age or stage of physical development at which he was molested. Not my Prophet. None of the companion witness such behavior. 
  19. Often seeks out publications and organizations that support his sexual beliefs and practices. Not my Prophet. No such thing.
  20. Usually corresponds with other pedophiles and exchanges child pornography and erotica as proof of involvement. ?????????? No history recorded that a pedophile among the Muslimin. 
  21. Is usually non-violent and has few problems with the law (pedophiles are frequently respected community members). My Prophet? Problem with LAW? give me a break.

If people claim our Prophet (peace be upon him) is a pedophile. Why is it only two of 21 lists are match? That two not even the prove.

So if some come to you and bring you such claim, ask them to talk more detail about what really a pedophile is.
